Vacation to Hongcun Ancient Village



In eastern China there is a river city, the ancient village of Hongcun. It has a shape like the ox, Mount Huangshan as the head of the village. The interior of the city was filled with lakes and ancient bridges. In fact, the canal that passes through the city as described as the circulatory system.

One of the most famous buildings in the village are Chengzhi Hall. Chengzhi Hall is a castle built in the village in 1855. Palace of the Qing Dynasty, made with beautiful wood carvings and gold. In 2000's movie entitled 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' takes some of the scenes in these destinations.


To go to Hongcun, a traveler can travel about 70 km to the northwest of Huangshan in Anhui Province. There have been many major cities are connected to Huangshan Airport, including direct flights from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Xi'an. To follow the trip to Hongcun, a traveler needs to pay about $ 16.
